"Joker-0" kit type "A"

The Joker-0 kit (grade “A”) is installed in place of the standard handguard of carbines on the basis of AR-15 and has a guide Basis for rails B-2, B-2U, forming Picatinny rails on three sides and Picatinny rail in the upper part allowing to attach additional equipment to the weapon.

The Joker-0 kit (grade "A") includes:

  • bracket "Joker-0", consisting of two elements: the upper handguard B-70; and the lower  handguard B-80, (material-aluminum alloy D16T)
  • the basis for mounting the Joker-0, which consists of two parts: a nut (1) and a fixing nut (2), which presses the lower part of the rail to the receiver (VT-6 titanium alloy material) (1 pc.)

To install on a weapon you need:
  1. To dismantle the muzzle device, staff forend, gas block, mounting nut.
  2. Tighten the fastening nut manufactured by Zenit LLC by removing the pre-locking nut from it.
  3. Install the bottom bracket of the B-80.
  4. To put on a fixing nut.
  5. Put on the adjustable gas block.
  6. Through the holes on the lower part of the B-80 lower bracket (having previously displaced it so that the holes on the bracket coincide with the mounting screws on the gas block) or tilting the lower bracket so as to gain access to the fixing screws, tighten the screws on the gas block thereby fixing the adjustable gas block.
  7. Slide the lower bracket firmly to the upper receiver so that the Picatinny rails form a single line.
  8. Using the key included in the kit, tighten the fixing nut, thereby tightly locking the lower bracket on the carabiner.
  9. Through the holes on the lower part of the B-80 lower bracket (having previously displaced it so that the holes on the bracket coincide with the mounting screws on the gas block) or tilting the lower bracket so as to gain access to the fixing screws, tighten the screws on the gas block thereby fixing the adjustable gas block.
  10. Slide the lower bracket firmly to the upper receiver so that the Picatinny rails form a single line.
  11. Using the key included in the kit, tighten the fixing nut, thereby tightly locking the lower bracket on the carabiner.
