Privacy policy

This Privacy Policy for Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information that ZENIT Company can obtain about any visitor to the website www.zenitco.ru, as well as its subdomains, services, programs and products.

Using the services of the ZENIT website means the unconditional acceptance of the User with this Policy and the conditions for processing his personal information specified in it.

In case of disagreement with these conditions, the User must refrain from using the services.

  1. TERMS

      4. delivery address (if necessary).
    3. ZENIT website protects Data that is automatically transmitted when visiting pages:

      - information about the browser;
      - access time;
      - referrer (address of the previous page).

    4. Any other personal information that is not specified above (visiting history, browsers used, operating systems, etc.) is subject to reliable storage and non-proliferation, except as provided for in paragraphs. 5.2. of this Policy.
  4. PURPOSE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTION
    1. The User’s personal data may be used by the Administration in order to:
      1. Establishing feedback with the User, including sending notifications, requests and their processing, as well as processing requests and requests from the User in order to further conclude and execute the contract.
      2. Providing the User with technical support in case of problems related to the conclusion, execution and termination of the contract.
  5. METHODS AND TERMS OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
    1. The processing of personal data of the User is carried out during the period of performance and on the basis of the contract and during the warranty period, except for cases when the current legislation of the Russian Federation provides for the mandatory storage of personal information during a period specified by law.
    2. The personal data of the User may be transferred to the authorized bodies of state power of the Russian Federation only on the grounds and in the manner established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
    3. In cases stipulated by this Policy and the current legislation of the Russian Federation, the Administration has the right not to inform the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.
    4. The administration takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the personal data of the User against illegal actions of third parties.
    5. The Administration together with the User takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of personal data of the User in accordance with the current legislation of Russian Federation.
  6. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
    1. User must:
      1. Use the information posted on the ZENIT website in a manner not contradicting the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
      2. Quote the information posted on the ZENIT website, including protected copyrighted works, with the obligatory placement of a link to the ZENIT website.
    2. User may:
      1. Receive from the Administration information regarding the processing of his personal data, if such a right is not limited by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
      2. Request from the Administration to clarify his personal data, block them or delete them within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of receipt by the Administration of the relevant notification, including via e-mail as specified in section. 9 Policy details.
    3. Administration is obliged to:
      1. Use the information obtained solely for the purposes specified in sect. 4 of this Policy.
      2. Ensure the storage of personal data, not to disclose without the prior consent of the User, and not to sell, exchange, publish, or disclose in any other way possible transmitted personal data of the User, unless otherwise provided by this Policy and the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
      3. Perform blocking of personal data relating to the relevant User from the time of the request or request of the User, or his legal representative or authorized body for the protection of the rights of subjects of personal data for the period of verification, in case of unreliable personal data or illegal actions, within 15 ( Fifteen) working days from the moment the Administration receives the relevant notification, including by e-mail as specified in section. 9 Policy details.
  7. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES
    1. If Administration does not fulfill its obligations it is is liable for losses incurred by the User in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, unless otherwise provided by this Policy and the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
    2. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Administration is not responsible if this information:
      1. Became public domain before its loss or disclosure.
      2. It was received from a third party before it was received by the Administration.
      3. It was disclosed with the consent of the User.
    3. The user is solely responsible for compliance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation, including laws on advertising, on the protection of copyright and related rights, on the protection of trademarks and service marks, but not limited to the above, including full responsibility for the content and form of materials in case citation and other use of information obtained in connection with the use of the services of the ZENIT website.
    4. The user agrees that the information provided to him as part of the ZENIT website may be intellectual property, the rights to which are protected and belong to the Administration, its partners or advertisers who place such information on the ZENIT website.
    5. The user is not entitled to make changes, lease, transfer on loan terms, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the information specified in clause 7.4 of the Policy, unless the permission for such actions was previously obtained in writing from the owners such information on the basis of a separate agreement.
    6.     8. The administration is not responsible for any information posted on the ZENIT website by partners and advertisers.
  8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
    1. The pre-trial dispute resolution procedure is obligatory for the Parties. The response to the claim is 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of receipt of the claim.
    2. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be referred to the Moscow Arbitration Court.
    3. The current legislation of the Russian Federation applies to this Policy and the relationship between the User and the Administration.
  9. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
    1. The administration has the right to make changes to this Policy without the consent of the User.
    2. The new Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the ZENIT website, unless otherwise provided by the new edition of the Policy.
    3. The parties have agreed to consider it appropriate to send correspondence with the requisites indicated by the Administration in this section and the User in the registration form and / or the contract upon its conclusion.
