Purchase returns

Goods purchased in our online store can be returned in time and in accordance with the Federal Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

Items purchased not in store are non-refundable and non-exchangeable! If such an event occurs, you must contact the seller of the goods directly. We DO NOT have a store on EBay and never had.

Return of goods without a cash receipt or a copy of a cash receipt is not possible.

Exchange and return of good quality goods

You can exchange goods of good quality if they did not fit in shape, dimensions, dimensions or configuration for a similar product. The exchange of goods is carried out within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase, provided that the goods were not in use, its presentation, consumer properties, seals, factory labels are preserved, and there is also a sales receipt or cash register receipt or other document confirming payment of the specified goods.

If you have submitted a request for a refund of the sum of money paid for the goods, it will be satisfied within ten days from the date of the submission of the corresponding demand (Article 22 of the Federal Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”). If the buyer refuses the goods of good quality, the cost of shipping the goods and sending them back (by mail) is not refunded.

 Exchange and return of goods of inadequate quality

If you received goods of inadequate quality (which is defective and cannot ensure the performance of your functional qualities), you have the right to return or exchange the goods. If the goods are part of a set, you can return either the whole set or only a low-quality part (and get back the money in proportion to the cost of this part). In the case of sending us defective goods (by mail), we will reimburse your return shipping costs.

We provide customers with the opportunity to check the goods for defects within 14 days. All products purchased in the Zenit store are serviced under warranty directly at the manufacturer in accordance with the warranty periods specified in the product passport. You can transfer the product to the factory in an office located within walking distance from the Paveletskaya metro station at Moscow, Vishnyakovsky per. 4. The cause of the malfunction can only be established in the factory. The grounds for refusal of warranty service are signs of independent repair of the product or repair in unauthorized workshops.
