1. Terms and definitions

Public offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”) is the Seller’s public offer addressed to an indefinite number of persons to conclude a remote purchase agreement with the Seller (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) on the terms and conditions contained in this Offer, including all Applications.

4.4. If the Seller needs additional information, he is entitled to request it from the Buyer. If the Buyer does not provide the necessary information, the Seller is not responsible for the Goods selected by the Buyer.

5. Delivery and transfer of goods to the Buyer

6. Force majeure situations
6.1. The seller may refuse to sell the goods in the following cases:

6.1.2. Misuse of the goods set forth in clause 2.5.
6.1.3. Embargo of the country of origin or destination.
6.1.4. For any other reasons not dependent on the Seller.
